FAQs

For all our friends and family who have lots of questions, please check out our Q & A first!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Formal invitations will be sent out in the spring. We ask that you please RSVP by May 30th, so we can have an accurate headcount :)

How will food and drinks be served?

For the welcome party, please note this is a cocktail party only. Please make sure to eat dinner beforehand!

For the wedding reception, we are doing heavy apps (think small plates, sliders, dessert) followed by late-night bites. There will not be any formal sit-down meal, or assigned seats for a served table dinner, so eat whenever you are hungry!

For those with dietary restrictions, there is a wide variety of food so there will be plenty of options.

What will the weather be like?

Welcome to Wisconsin, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be...interesting. During the day, the weather in Milwaukee should be beautiful, averaging 75-80 degrees, but will get chilly at night so please bring some warm layers for the evening. With Tyler's luck there is always a chance for rain, so we have a contingency plan for the rooftop reception. The boat is mostly covered and will be rain-or-shine.

Where should I park?

There is plenty of free parking near both Edelweiss Cruises and Pilot Project Brewing. Both locations are walkable from most of the recommended hotels, and there are always plenty of affordable Ubers and Lyfts available. There will not be a shuttle from any of the hotels.

What should I wear?

Please see our Schedule for the dress code.

Are the events indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding reception is outdoors (partially covered rooftop), weather dependent. In the case of inclement weather, the reception will still be at Pilot Project Brewing but inside at the Mezzanine.
